All sales are final. Occasionally, disks have manufacturing errors, or were damaged in shipping. In these cases, we will, of course, be pleased to exchange it.

If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
