product! SoftMap works! We've sold over 30,000 copies. People constantly
comment on how much they enjoy using the product. However, we recognize that -
occassionally - problems can occur.
The SoftMap
Guarantee All SoftMap products are guaranteed against defects in materials
or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Please notify us
immediately if you experience any difficulties installing the
product.
Return Policy No returns will be accepted.
In the rare situation where a product is defective, we will issue a replacement
at no charge. SoftMap takes great care in packaging all shipped material;
if damage should occur during transportation, claims must be addressed to
Canada Post or any other designated courier. If you feel that your purchase warrants an
exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return
the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
